Question:What is the engineered wind load for this unit? Florida installation.
Answer:Don't know engineering limit, but ours, screwed down with bolts into the soil, has withstood 30mph winds. I would think the limit is around there. We live on coastal Great Lakes where high winds occur often. So far so good.

Question:I’m wondering if this is noisy during a heavy rain since it’s galvanized steel? Also is it possible to hang a standard ceiling fan with lights from it
Answer:It is not very noisy during a heavy rain. And I think only some person will sit under the gazebo when a really heavy rain...There are 2 hooks for you to hang a fan with lights.Most of the gazebo roof are made of this galvanized steel material, which is fade-resistant and rust-resistant.
