Question: Does the pergola need to be applied a clear coat of paint to protect the paint coating and maybe rust?
Answer: No - it’s painted with a very good powder-coat and I think almost all of the 33 big pieces might be aluminum.
Question: Is it black or charcoal grey?
Answer: It’s more of an anthracite color
Question: Can you put a fire-pit table underneath it?
Answer: Yes, I’ve used a gas firepit table many times after researching the same issue and ensuring that the space/height between the firepit tabletop and louvers was sufficient.
